 Description:
Extremely nice and very clean 1970 Chevrolet CST/10 Pickup Truck, 350/350, PS, Power Disc Brakes, P/W, A/C. This truck is a true head turner as you just dont find these trucks as nice as this one anymore. The paint and body is definitely a stand above the crowd and the color is unique. Pictures do not do this truck justice at all.
Here is a complete description:
Suspension/Driveline 350 V-8 engine 4 Bolt Main completely rebuilt and gone thru - .030 over, Seal Power Components, Comp Cam 194/160, all new components in heads, Balanced, Weiand Aluminum Intake, Quadrajet Carb, Steel Crank and Headers with dual exhaust. 350 Turbo with Mild Shift Kit. Front suspension is all brand new with the front spindles converted to 71 5 Hole with Disc Brakes. New Rear Drums are also 5 hole and all new brake components. Front has 2 lowering springs and 4 Lowering Springs in rear with a Factory Front Sway Bar. Truck sits on Ralley Wheels wrapped in Radials.
Interior New window regulators, All glass seals have been replaced. Glove box, factory tach assembly, dash pad, dash bezel and carpeting all replaced. The only wear is the original seat covering on the driver side is beginning to show.
Exterior Paint is a High Quality Metallic Chocolate Brown BC/CC paint. Body is extremely nice and straight and any body work or rust work that was needed was replaced with GM panels, no aftermarket parts were used. I was actually a GM employee and worked at the dealership when the truck was restored and I had access to hard to find parts that most people do not have access to. This truck has no visible signs of rust anywhere including underneath. The bed has been sprayed with a bedliner substance and looks very nice as well.
Notes This truck runs, drives and sounds great! Restoration of this truck was done about 3 years ago with only approximately 1500 miles put on it since the restoration. Paint may have a tiny chip here & there from being driven but nothing really to speak of or draws immediate attention. There is one very small scratch, about 1 in length on the tailgate above the release handle (see picture) but again nothing that really jumps out at you. All lights, signals, horn everything work as they should.
Legal Stuff Due to the age of the vehicle and Missouri Law, this vehicle is considered to be exempt from mileage requirements. This is a really nice piece that anyone would love to own.
